血清S-100蛋白在急性颅脑损伤患者中的检测及其临床意义

目的 研究急性颅脑损伤患者血清S-100蛋白治疗前后的变化及其临床意义.方法 用酶联免疫吸附ELISA法检测20名健康人和66例急性颅脑损伤患者治疗前后血清S-100蛋白水平.结果 66例颅脑损伤患者在伤后其血清S-100蛋白浓度均明显高于对照组,p〈0.01 且不同组别之间S-100蛋白浓度水平有显著性差异,p〈0.05 颅脑损伤患者治疗后S-100蛋白浓度低于治疗前,p〈0.01.颅脑损伤患者伤后各时间点中S-100蛋白含量均显著高于正常对照组（P〈0.01）,S-100蛋白含量在伤后6小时达高峰,与其他各时间点比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论 血清S-100蛋白检测可作为诊断早期颅脑损伤严重程度及其预后的指标.

The detection and clinic signification of serum S-100 protein in patients with acute brain injury

Objective To study the change and clinic signification of serum S - 100 pwtein with patients of acute brain injury before and after treatment. Method The concentrations of serum S - 100 protein in 20 health and 66 patients of acute brain injury were detected with ELISA. Result The concentrations of serum S - 100 protein in patients with acute brain iniury after treatment was higher than that of the control group, p 〈 0.01. It＇ s significant difference between different groups, p 〈 O. 05 Also the concentrations of serum S - 100 protein after treatment was lower than pretreatment,p〈 O.O1.All the concentrations of serum S- 1130 protein in patients were higher than that of the control group markedly after injury lh,2h,6h, 12h,24h（p 〈 0.01） ,and serum S - 100 protem concentrations were peaked for 6 hour after injury than other time（p 〈 0.01 ）. Conchusion Serum S- 100 protein may be useful as index of early brain injury severe degree＇s diagnose and the prognosis.
