| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨儿童食管化学性烧伤的临床特点和手术效果。方法 对13例结肠代食管治疗食管化学性烧伤患儿临床资料作回顾性分析。结果 13例食管化学性烧伤患儿行结肠代食管手术获得临床治愈，其中手术后2例出现吻合口瘘，行对症处理后闭合。11例得到长期随诊(6个月到5年)疗效满意。结论 结肠代食管治疗食管化学性烧伤是一种值得提倡的方法，并进一步探讨并发症的处理。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical features and operative effects of esophgeal chemical burns in children. Methods 13 children with esophageal chemical burns were reviewed. Colon substitute for esophagus were carried out. Results The esophageal chemical burns of 13 cases with colon substitute esophagus were all recovered. Post-operative two anastomostic leakage occured. 11 patients were followed-up for 6 month to 5 years and satisfactory results were obtained. Conclusions We consider that by colon substitute for the chemical burned esophagus of children is a worthy therapy, should be advocated, the experiences of operation and anastomostic leakage has been discussed further. |
