摘    要:对现有针灸科研思维模式(单因素分析法)的局限和弊端进行剖析。在系统科学及系统工程学理论指导下形成新针灸科研思维模式(现代系统模式),内容包括多因素分析法;优选针灸治疗方案;定量研究,倡导正交设计;优选病症,联用他法等。新科研思维模式可以避免现有科研思维模式的不足,较好解决目前针灸临床与科研互相脱节的矛盾,提高针灸科研质量,促使科研成果高质量服务于临床,进一步提高针灸疗效。为此,应该尽快实现针灸科研思维模式的转变。

Abstract:The limitation and disadvantages of the existing thinking model for scientific studies of acupuncture and moxibustion (single factor analysis method) are analysed. New thinking model (i. e. modern systematic model) for scientific studies of acupuncture and moxibustion is formed under guidance of theories of systematic sciences and systematic engineering sciences,includes: multiple factor analysis; optimum seeking acupuncture and moxibustion treatment programs; quantitative study, initiating orthogonal design; optimum seeking diseases and syndromes, in combination with other therapies. The new thinking model may avoid insufficiency of the existing thinking model, and may better resolve the contradictory that clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion comes apart scientific studies, increase quality of scientific studies of acupuncture and moxibustion, and promote scientific achievements to apply to clinical practice, and further increase therapeutic effects. Thus, should realize change of thinking model for scientific studies of acupuncture and moxibustion as soon as possible.
