线粒体三磷酸腺苷敏感性钾通道与心肌预适应

摘    要:近年来大量的研究提示,应用钾通道开放剂(PCOs)与缺血预适应(IPC)同样具有明显的抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤的作用,而线粒体三磷酸腺苷敏感性钾通道(mitoKATP)在其中起着重要的作用,其机制尚未明了,可能与以下三方面有关:减少线粒体Ca2+超载,调节线粒体容量与能量代谢,调节自由基的生成。

Abstract:Recently,many researches indicated that potassium channel openers(PCOs)protect the heart against ischemia-reperfusion injury as remarkably as ischemic preconditioning(IPC)does.And mitochondrial ATP-sensitive K+ channel(mitoKATP)plays an important role in the protection.The protective mechanism of mitoKATP is unclear,However,it has a close relation to decreasing in mitochondrial Ca 2+ uptake,regulating the releases of reactive oxygen species,regulating mitochondrial volume and energetic metabolism are believed to be involved.
