线锯法颈椎后路“双开门”术治疗颈椎管狭窄症

目的　寻找一种颈椎后路“双开门”术治疗颈椎管狭窄症新的理想方法。方法　采用线锯法 ,保留棘突 ,一次将开门之黄韧带、椎板及棘突从中央锯开“双开门”加中央植骨术 ,自 1997年 12月～ 1999年 12月治疗颈椎管狭窄 12例。结果　 12例均得到随访 ,平均改善率 83 8% ,无手术并发症及脊髓损伤症状加重 ,植骨块均已骨性愈合。结论　本方法具有脊髓减压彻底 ,手术操作简便 ,术时短等优点 ,对颈椎管狭窄症需后路手术的病人 ,是一种可供选择的理想方法

Treatment of Cervical Stenosis by Posterior Cervical Double Trap door Technique with Fretsaw

Objective To search a new treatment mothed of cervical stenosis by posterior cervical double trapdoor technique Methods With fretsaw, reserving acantha, openning ligamenta flava, lamina and acantha in midst into double open door by one time and then central bone transplantation being given Twelve cases of cervical stenosis were treated from 1997 to 1999 Results All cases were followed up , the average improvement rate of neurological symptoms was 83 8%, without any operative complication and deterioration of primary spinal injury syptoms, and osteal henosis occurred in all bone grafts Conclusion The method, posterior cervical double trapdoor technipue with fretsaw, which was characterized by thorough decompression of spinal cord and simple and short time on operation, was a ideal optional treatment to the patients with cervical stenosis needing posterior operation
