哌拉西林他唑巴坦治疗社区获得性肺炎临床疗效观察

目的评价哌拉西林他唑巴坦治疗社区获得性肺炎的疗效及安全性。方法将符合社区获得性肺炎条件的门诊及住院患者132倒随机分为哌拉西林他唑巴坦组（66例）和头孢噻肟钠治疗组（66例），进行2周的治疗。结果哌拉西林他唑巴坦组的总有效率为92．42％，症状及体征明显改善的时间为（3．76±1．08）d，平均住院时间（8．46±2．51）d及住院费用为（1752±409）元，各项指标均优于头孢噻肟钠治疗组，K0．05差异具有统计学意叉。结论在临床的治疗工作中，如果是要快速控制社区获得性肺炎，缩短患者住院时间，节约医疗资源，可选用哌拉西林他唑巴坦，但必须严格把握适应证，不能滥用该药。

The Piperacillin-tazobactam Treatment of Community Acquired Pneumonia Clinical Observation
