摘    要:本文报道Vc片与1,10-菲咯啉铁(Ⅲ)形成有色络合物在510nm处有最大吸收,利用流动注射分析法测定其含量。标准曲线相关系数为0.9999,两个批号样品测定结果含量分别为标示量的94.4%和97.3%,变异系数分别为0.26%(n=6)和0.19%(n=6),平均回收率为99.8%,与中国药典(1985年版)相比,F检验(F_计=1.88

Abstract:The flow injection analysis (FIA) of vitamin C in pharmaceutical tabletsis discussed in this paper. This method is based on the oxidation-reductionreaction between vitamin C and t,10-ferriin (Ⅲ) with the formation of ahighly colored compound and requires that absorbance values be read at510mn. The correlation coefficient of the standard curve is 0.9999. The co-efficients of variation from the analytical results of two batche samples are0.24% and 0.19% and the mean recovery is 99.8%. No difference is observedbetween the FIA and the phamacopocia method except that the formermethod is easier and less time-taking than the latter.
