Small intestinal perforation in Wegener's granulomatosis |

| Abstract: | A case of Wegener''s granulomatosis complicated by small bowel ulceration and perforation is described. Following laparotomy, with bowel resection, haemodialysis and immunosuppressive therapy, a full recovery was achieved including reversal of severe renal failure. |
