~(18)F-FDG符合线路SPECT/CT显像对肺癌的诊断价值

目的　研究1 8F FDG符合线路SPECT/CT显像对肺癌的诊断价值。方法　 10 7例肺部占位性病变患者行1 8F FDG符合线路SPECT/CT显像 ,计算病灶与对侧相应部位的摄取比值T/N ,再通过其他诊断方法确诊 ,比较1 8F FDG对肺癌的诊断价值。结果　根据最后确诊的结果将 10 7例患者分成良性及恶性 2组 ,恶性组 72例 ,T/N值 (5 2 8± 3 0 7) ;良性组 3 5例 ,T/N值 (1 45± 0 65 ) ,恶性组T/N值明显高于良性组 (P <0 0 1)。T/N值以 2 0作为判断良恶性的分界值 ,诊断肺癌的灵敏度为 10 0 % ,特异性为 80 % ,准确性为 93 45 %。结论　1 8F FDG符合线路SPECT/CT对肺癌的诊断有重要价值 ,并能为肺癌的分期和治疗方案提供重要的临床信息。

DIAGNOSTIC VALUE OF 18F-FDG COINCIDENCE SPECT/CT ON LUNG CANCER

Objective To research the clinical Value of 18 F-FDG coincidence imaging SPECT/CT on lung cancer. Methods One hundred and seven patients with pulmonary abnormal lesions were chosen for performing 18F-FDG coincidence SPECT/CT imaging. Uptake ratio( T/N) of lesion to contralateral region was calculated, then the lesion was confi rmed by diagnosis with other clinical methods and finally the diagnostic efficac y of 18F-FDG on lung cancer was evaluated. Results 107 patients were divided into benign and malignant groups according to t he confirmed diagnosis, In the malignant gronp there were 72 patients whose aver age T/N was (5.28±3.07), in the benign gronp there were 35 patients whose ave rage T/N was (1.45±0.65), the T/N of malignant lesions was significantly high er than that of benign lesions. When uptake ratio was 2.0 as a threshold, the d iagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy for lung cancer were 100%, 80% a nd 93.45%. Conclusion 18F-FDG coincidence imaging SPE CT/CT may be used in diagnosis of lung cancer with great Value and it could prov ide important clinical information for clinical staging and treatment planning.
