剖宫产术中对合并子宫肌瘤临床处理分析

目的：探讨对妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者在剖宫产术中同时进行肌瘤切除的治疗效果。方法：回顾性分析2000年5月-2004年5月来我院妊娠合并子宫肌瘤146例在剖宫产同时子宫肌瘤剔除术后的治疗效果。结果：146例患者剖宫产术中全部顺利切除肌瘤，术中出血量平均168．50ml。住院天数324d初次手术后无一例二次手术。结论：对妊娠合并子宫肌瘤术前进行详细检查，依据患者实际病情在妊娠分娩过程同时选用合理的手术方法行子宫肌瘤切除术，是一种有效的治疗方法。

Clinical Treatment of Cesarean Section Combined with Uterine Fibroids

Objective To discuss the pregnant women with uterine fibroids in patients with cesarean section at the same time in the removal of fibroid treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis of the treatment effects of 146 cases of the pregnant women with uterine fibroids at the same time from May 2000 to May 2004 in our hospital. Results 146 cases of patients with cesarean section in all of the successful removal of fibroids, the average amount of blood loss 168.50ml, 324d initial lengths of hospital stay after surgery without second operation. Conclusion It is an effective treatment for the pregnant women with uterine fibroids at pre-operation to carry out a detailed inspection and to reasonably choose myomectomy based on the actual condition in the course of pregnancy at the same time.
