| 摘 要： | 目的 了解四川省主要媒介按蚊对菊酯类杀虫剂的敏感性，为继续使用菊酯类杀虫剂控制媒介按蚊提供依据。方法 采用WHO推荐使用的接触筒强迫接触法，观察测试蚊虫死亡数，计算校正死亡率。结果 嗜人按蚊的校正死亡率平均为100％，中华按蚊的校正死亡率平均为90．86％。结论 四川省仍可采用澳氰菊酯处理蚊帐灭蚊防疟。

| Abstract: | Objective To make a clear understanding of the sensitivity of main malaria vectors to pyrethroid in Sichuan province and to provide the evidence for using pyrethroid to control Anopheles. Methods The compulsive test tube recommended by WHO was used,the mosquitoes were contacted the test paper for 30 minutes and recovered for 24 hours, then the living and dead mosquitoes were checked and the corrected death rate was calculated. Results The mean corrected death rate of Anopheles anthropophagus was 100% and the mean corrected death rate of Anopheles sinensis was 90.86% . Conclusion It is still effective in Sichuan to impregnate mosquito nets with pyrethroid for the control of malaria. |
