川崎病患儿髋关节滑膜病变的超声诊断及其临床意义

目的 :观察川崎病患儿髋关节滑膜病变的声像图表现及其发病特点。方法 :测量86例川崎病患儿髋关节滑膜囊的宽度 ,按照不同发病年龄和不同的病程时期分组 ,分别计算各组的阳性率 ,进行组间对照。结果 :86例患儿 ,动态观察总次数142例次。其中双侧阳性68例次 ;单侧阳性22例次 ;总阳性率63.4% ;双侧阴性52例次。发病年龄>12月的患儿髋滑膜炎 (SH)阳性率(69.2% )明显高于发病年龄≤12月的阳性率 (31.4% ) ;病程≥6月的患儿SH阳性率 (64.4% )明显高于发病年龄<6月的阳性率(51.55 % ) ,组间差异均有显著性。结论 :SH以双侧发病多见 ,并随年龄增长有增多的趋势。

The ultrasonic diagnosis and clinical significance of hip synovial membrane lesion in KD patients.

Objective:To study the ultrasound imaging manifestation of hip synovial membrane in KD patients,to explore the relationship etween KD and synovitis of the hip(SH).Methods:the width of hip synovial bursa were measured in86patients of KD who were divided into any groups according to their episode age and course,The positive rate of different groups was calculated,and compared with each other.Results:In a prospective study of142cases in86KD patients,there are68cases with bilateral hips lesion,22cases with unilateral hips lesion,2cases with no hip lesion.The total positive rate is63.4%.We find that there is statistically significant difference in positive rate of those who as episoded before12months versus after12months;difference in positive rate of those who has been ill for more than6months versus less han6months.Conclusion:Bilateral hips are often involved in SH of KD patients,and will be more and more with their increasing age.
