| 摘 要： | 目的]了解广州市城区护士工作疲溃感状况,探讨工作疲溃感对护士心理健康状况的影响。方法]通过整群抽样,采用工作疲溃感量表和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对235名护士进行调查。结果]护士的情绪疲溃感和个人工作无成就感均为高度,工作冷漠感为中度;护士心理健康水平低于常模。结论]护士工作疲溃感与心理健康密切相关,护理管理者应寻求缓解护士工作疲溃的有效措施,以提高护士的心理健康水平。

| Abstract: | Objective: To know about the status quo of work burnout feeling of city proper nurses of Guangzhou city and to probe into the influence of work burnout feeling on mental health status of nurses. Methods: A total of 235 nurses were investigated via cluster sampling, and by filling out work burnout feeling scale and SCL-90. Results: Burnout feeling and unsuccessful feeling of nurses were high. Work indifferent feeling of nurses was in moderate degree. Mental health level of nurses was lower than the common model. There was remarkable correlation between the work burnout feeling of nurses and their mental health.Conclusions: Work burnout feeling of nurse is closely related to their mental health. Nursing administrators should search for some effective measures to relieve the work burnout feeling of nurses and so as to promote the mental health of nurses. |
