| 摘 要： | 冠脉内支架植入术作为治疗冠心病的机械性介入手段，广泛应用于临床，但仍有13％左右的再狭窄发生率，近来运用包被支架对预防再狭窄取得了令人鼓舞的进展，笔者就有关此方面的研究进展作一简述。

| Abstract: | Stents implantation in coronary artery as a method of machinery interventional therapy of coronary heart disease is widely used in clinical practice. But incidence of restmosis are still about 13%. The coating stents for the use of preventing restenosis has made considerable headway. Now we summarize the advance of the study. |
