复方丹参与胞二磷胆碱联合治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病疗效分析

目的：探讨复方丹参与胞二磷胆碱（ＣＤＰＣ）联合应用治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（ＨＩＥ）的疗效。方法：随机分组对照：对照组、复方丹参治疗组、复方丹参加ＣＤＰＣ治疗组。观察临床神经症状恢复时间和２０项新生儿行为神经评分（ＮＢＮＡ），判定疗效。结果：复方丹参与ＣＤＰＣ治疗ＨＩＥ疗效相似，均能在７～９天使神经症状明显好转或消失，轻度为２天，中度为７天，重度在１２天左右。其中意识状态恢复最快，原始反射次之，肢体肌张力最慢。在ＮＢＮＡ评分方面Ａ组与Ｂ组间有显著性差异（ｔ＝２４２Ｐ＜００５），ＮＢＮＡ达满分时间Ａ与Ｂ有显著性差异（Ｐ＜００５）。Ｃ组与Ａ组间有显著性差异（ｔ＝２２４Ｐ＜００５）。结论：复方丹参治疗ＨＩＥ与ＣＤＰＣ疗效相似，联合应用复方丹参与ＣＤＰＣ比单用ＣＤＰＣ在ＮＢＮＡ评分恢复方面有明显优势。

Compound Dan Shen and cytidine diphosphate choline therapyfor neonatal hypoxicischemic encephalopathy

Objective: Study was to evalute the efficency of a double therapy including Compound Dan Shen and cytidine diphosphate choline (CDPC) in treatment of neonatal hypoxicischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Methods: Group A were treated with CDPC.Group B(treat group)were treated with Compound Dan Shen Group C(treat group)were treated with Compound Dan Shen and CDPC.The clinical neurosymptom recover time and twenty NBNA were used to evaluate the efficiency.HX]Results: The efficiency of Compound Dan Shen and CDPC therapy for HIE were equilly.The neurosymptom recovered in seven to nine days,the light was two days,the middle was seven days,the heavy was twelve days,The recover time of disturbance of consciousness was the fastest,the next was primary reflux,the third was muscular tone.the NBNA of group B was signficantly higher than that of group A(t=2.42,P<0.05),The recover time of NBNA,group B was signficantly higher than group A(P<005);Group C was signficantly highger than group A(t=2.24,P<005) Conclusion: The Dan Shen and CDPC is an effective treatment of HIE.Compound Dan Shen and CDPC have the same efficiency.Double therapy with Compound Dan Shen and CDPC have special advantages to CDPC of HIE in recover time of NBNA.
