透明质酸钠配合物理疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果

摘    要:目的:观察透明质酸钠关节腔内注射结合物理治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:84例膝关节骨性关节炎患者分为2组,A组43例采用关节腔内注射透明质酸钠2 ml,每周1次,再交替配合超声波、微波治疗;B组41例采用超声波、微波交替治疗。2组治疗前后均行Lysholm膝关节综合评分。结果:治疗5周后,2组Lysholm膝关节综合评分与治疗前比较均有明显提高(P<0.05),2组间比较A组优于B组(P<0.05)。结论:透明质酸钠关节腔内注射结合物理治疗膝关节骨性关节炎能明显缓解临床症状,提高关节功能,疗效优于一般的常规治疗。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with physiotherapy on degenerative osteoarthritis of knees.Methods: Eighty-four patients with degenerative osteoarthritis of knees were randomly assigned to two groups: 43 patients in therapy group were subjected to sodium hyaluronate intraarticular injection one time per week,2 ml each time,for 5 weeks,in combination with ultrasonic and microwave therapy by turns;41 patients in the control group only received simple ultrasonic and microwave therapy by turns for 5 weeks.The relief of joint pain,swell,fluidity,and the improvement of joint range of motion before and after the treatment were evaluated by score of Lysholm.Results: The score of Lysholm in the therapy group was obviously higher than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sodium hyaluronate intraarticular injection combined with physiotherapy can relieve clinical symptoms and improve joint function of the patients with degenerative osteoarthritis of knees.
