围手术期输血与肝脏术后感染并发症的观察和护理

回顾性分析１９８９ 年～１９９９ 年１０ 年间１３０ 例肝脏手术患者围手术期输血与术后感染并发症发生率和死亡率的关系，探讨针对术后感染并发症的有关观察和护理措施。将患者分成输血组和未输血组进行比较。结果发现，围手术期输血降低了肝脏术后淋巴细胞总数，增加了肝脏术后感染并发症发生率和死亡率，延长了肝脏术后抗生素应用时间和住院时间。结果提示，肝脏手术围手术期输血与术后感染并发症发生有关。护理上应加强针对肝脏术后感染并发症发生的观察和护理。

Perioperative Blood Transfusion and Observation and Nursing of Hepatic Postoperative Infective Complications

To investigate the observing and nursing methods of hepatic postoperative infective complications,130 patients undergoing hepatic operation between 1989 and 1999 were analyzed retrospectively on the relation of perioperative blood transfusion with postoperative infective morbidity and mortality.The patients were divided into transfused blood group and non-transfused blood group.The results indicated that perioperative blood transfusion decreased markedly hepatic operative lymphocyte count,increased significantly hepatic postoperative infective morbidity and mortality,prolonged postoperative antibiotic used time and postoperative hospital stay.It was suggested that hepatic postoperative infective morbidity and mortality was relative with perioperative blood transfusion.The observation and nursing of hepatic postoperative infective complications should be emphasized.
