摘    要:目的:建立复方炉甘石氯霉素洗剂中氯霉素的含量测定方法。方法。采用一阶导数分光光度法不经分离直接测定氯霉素的含量,检测波长为299nm。结果:线性范围为24~40μg·ml~(-1),r=0.9997,平均回收率98.6%,RSD为0.9%。结论:本方法可消除其它组分的干扰,简便易行,适合医院制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objectives: To establish a method to determine the content of chloramphenicol in calamine chloramphenical lotion compound. Method: The first order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the chloramphenicol without separation. The detecting wavelength was at 299 nm. Result; The method was linear within rangeof 24-40 ug ml-1 (r = 0.999 7). The average recovery was 98.6% with RSD 0.9%. Conclusion: The interference of the other components can be excluded by this method, which is simple, rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the quality control of hospital preparation.
