急性冠脉综合征痰瘀辨证的冠脉造影病变观察

目的：观察急性冠脉综合征痰瘀辨证的冠脉造影病变特征。方法：对确诊的急性冠脉综合征(不稳定型心绞痛、急性心肌梗死)辨证为痰热夹瘀、痰瘀阻络、气虚痰瘀证，并行紧急或择期冠脉造影术的患者，观察不同中医辨证在冠脉造影下病变的特征。结果：痰热夹瘀型血管变化最严重，气虚痰瘀型血管变化最广泛。结论：急性冠脉综合征的痰瘀辨证存在一定的病变基础，可运用于临床做为冠脉病变的诊断参考指标。

Observation on Pathologic Change of Coronary Arteriography of Acute Coronary Syndrome by Differentiation of Phlegm and Blood Stasis

Objective: To observe the pathological change of coronary arteriography of acute coronary Syndrome by differentiation of phlegm and blood stasis. Methods: The diagnosed acute coronary syndrome (unstable angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction), was differentiated as syndrome of phlegm and heart mixed with blood stasis, syndrome of stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis; syndrome of qi deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis. And the patients were given acute or date-chosen coronary arteriography and then the characteristics of pathologic change of coronary arteriography were observed according to different TCM differentiation. Result: The type of phlegm and heat mixed with blood stasis had a most serious change of blood vessel, and the type of qi deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis had the most extensive change of blood vessel. Conclusion: The differentiation of phlegm and blood stasis of acute coronary syndrome has a certain basis of pathologic charge, which can be applied to the clinic as a diagnosing index for coronary pathologic charge.
