针灸治疗单纯性肥胖病的组穴原则

摘    要:分析当前针灸减肥临床辨病组穴、辨证组穴、随证组穴的一些观点,运用从临床有效穴位反推组穴原则的方法,指出针灸治疗单纯性肥胖病的主要穴位是脾胃经、任脉的下肢和腹部穴位,其组穴原则是调血降脂。提出对于传统医学尚未系统认识的现代疾病的针灸治疗的组穴规律,不应只从原有的概念和模式出发,而应从当代临床实践提供的经验出发进行总结,并从用穴特点反推组穴原则和治疗原则,希望这一思路能够对总结针灸治疗规律提供启示。

Abstract:This article analyzes the current point selection based on disease differentiation, syndrome differentiation or symptoms for clinical acupuncture-moxihustion reduction of body weight and concludes that main points for acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of simple obesity are leg and abdominal ones of spleen, stomach and Ren meridians and that the principle of selecting points is regulating blood and reducing fat. It is proposed that the regularity of point selection for acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of modem diseases which has not systematically known by traditional medicine should be summarized not from the previous ideas and modes but from the experience provided by current clinical practice and the principles of point selection and treatment should be inferred inversely from the characteristics of the selected points. It is hoped that this thinking way can privide enlightenment for summarizing the regularity of acupuncture-moxibustion treatment.
