脑卒中病灶处头皮外脉冲超声波辐射疗效观察

目的:在电针、红外线治疗脑卒中基础上增加脉冲超声波 ,观察脉冲超声波对脑卒中疗效。方法 :以0.75W/cm2脉冲超声波辐射患者病灶头皮外相应投影区、环形移动法 ,每日1次 ,每次15min。结果 :治疗组效果优于对照组(P<0.01)。总有效率治疗组91.04% ,对照组64.18 %。结论 :脉冲超声波病灶头皮外辐射有益于脑卒中的康复。

The comprehensive effect observation in the treatment of stroke with ultrasonic radiation therapy from the focal scalp

Objective:To observe the effect in the treatment of stroke with pulsed ultrasonic radiation therapy.we treated stroke with electroacupuncture and infrared ray(control group 67 cases ).On this basis ,we added pulsed ultrasonic wave (treatment group,67 cases). Methods:With an annular movement ,we radiated the corresponding projection area of the focal on the scalp with pulsed ultrasonic wave of 0.75 W/cm2 for 15 minutes,once a day. Results:The total effective rate treatment group 91.04%,control group 64.18%,the effect of treatment group was better than control group(u=3.449,P< 0.01).Conclusion :Pulsed ultrasonic radiation on the focal from the outside of the scalp in the treatment of stroke can accelerate the rehabilitation of stroke.
