上肢周围神经损伤的电生理诊断

摘    要:临床常用神经电生理检测手段包括肌电图、复合肌肉动作电位和运动神经传导速度、感觉神经动作电位和感觉神经传导速度、F反应、体感诱发电位等。神经电生理检查对周围神经损伤部位、性质、范围和程度的判断、神经再生的评价及预后估计均有 重要价值,其应用日益普遍。

Abstract:The electropeurophysiological examinailons often used clinically include electromyography (EMG ), compound muscle action potentials(CMAP), motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV), sensory nerve action potentials(SNAP), sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV), F wave and somatosensory evoked potentials(SEP). These examinations are of great value in assessing the location and degree of the injury, evaluating nerve growth and muscle reinnervation, and judging the prognosis of the injury.
