周围神经损伤的显微外科治疗

周围神经损伤后，应采用显微外科技术进行缝合。注意掌握好手术指征与手术时机，在无张力下缝合，根据不同的部位选用外膜缝合法或束膜缝合法。若神经有缺损可采用延长神经或缩短缺损距离去解决。若所有办法都无法克服神经缺损，就只有神经移植和神经移位。近年有采用神经延长术、神经植入术和神经端侧缝合术。

Microsugical treatment of peripheral nerve injuries

Peripheral Nerve Injuries should be repaired with microsurgical technique,Operative indicatiom and chance should be properly controlled. Suturing peripheral nerve should not be under tension condition. Suturing methods can be selected according to the injurious level as either epineurial or perineurial methods .In case of defects between two stumps ,elongation of the nerve stumps or shortening the defect should be chosed Otherwise ,nerve grafting and nerve transposition should be chosed. In recent years, extension of nerve and end to sideanastomosis have been tried .
