| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨内毒素 (LPS)及肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)在重型脑外伤后多器官功能障碍综合征 (MODS)发生发展中的作用与机制及临床意义。方法 :应用动态浊度法及放免法动态监测68例严重颅脑外伤患者血浆LPS及TNF的水平变化 ,观察其与MODS发生的关系。结果 :68例患者血浆LPS及TNF水平较正常对照组明显升高 (P<0.01)。结论:重型颅脑损伤后导致的血浆高水平LPS与TNF参与了MODS的发病过程 ,是影响预后的重要因素之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect and prognosis of serum endotoxin and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) during the occurence and development of multi-organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) in serious brain injury cases. Methods:The concentration changes of serum endotoxin and TNF in 68 patients with serious brain injury were detected dynamically,To investigate the relationship occurence of MODS with it.Results: The serum endotoxin and TNF concentrations were raised obviously in all 68 cases, and there was obvious difference between them and normal contrast(P< 0.01).Conclusion:High serum level of LPS and TNF take part in the occurrence of MODS following serious brain injury,and is one of the important factors that affect the prognosis. |
