| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨早期干预对小儿脑性瘫痪(CerebralPalsy,CP)康复的影响。方法 :随机抽取年龄为3月～1岁125例脑瘫患儿作为早期干预组 ,95例1岁以上脑瘫患儿为干预组 ,均应用推拿、按摩、功能训练、静滴脑活素等综合治疗。结果 :早期干预组经8个疗程综合治疗后运动功能有明显改善 ,干预开始的时间愈早 ,效果愈明显。结论 :对脑性瘫痪儿童早期诊断、早期干预是减少残疾发生主要手段。

| Abstract: | Objective:Research of the influence of the early interference in the convalesence on the infantile Cerebral Palsy.Methods:The early interference group was made up of 125 Cerebral Palsy infants between three months to one year old by random sampling.Another interference group was made up of 95 Cerebral Palsy infants beyond one year old.Both of the groups were cured by comprehensive treatement consisting of cheirapsis,function trainimg,intravenous instillation of Cerebrolysm.Results:The kinetic functions of the early interfence group had evidently improved after eight periods of the comprehensive treatment.The improvement was more evident if the interfence was begun more earlier.Conclusion :The research showed that the early diagnosis and the early interfence of the Cerebral Palsy were the main method to decrease children deformity. |
