诊治四肢假性动脉瘤14例临床体会

目的 总结四肢假性动脉瘤的外科治疗和疗效。方法 回顾性分析14例四肢假性动脉瘤患者资料，均采用手术治疗，其中直接修补或端-端吻合10例，大隐静脉移植4例，全部患者均获随访，随访时间为2周～1年。结果 全部患者均治愈出院，随访中未见假性动脉瘤复发和肢体缺血症状。结论 四肢假性动脉瘤应该尽早手术治疗，手术治疗四肢假性动脉瘤安全，有效。

Report of the diagnosis and therapy of fourteen pseudoaneurysms in extremities

Objective To explore the surgical therapy and results of pseudoaneurysms in extremities. Methods To review fourteen patints with pseudoaneurysms in extremities who were treated by operation, the surgical treatment methods included direct suture or resction and end to end suture in 10 cases, great saphenous vein graft in 4 cases, all patients were followed up from 2 weeks and 1 year. Results All patients were cured and no recurrence and ischemia in the extremities. Conclusions Pseudoaneurysms in extremities should be treated by surgical repair as early as possible, the surgical therapy is safe and effective.
