| 摘 要： | 用Preker—Harding模型对上海、无锡、潍坊、浙江东阳和成都武侯五个有代表性的公立医院治理模式进行分析，判断各个模型下公立医院的自主化程度，并通过分析决策权、剩余索取权、市场风险程度、问责和社会功能五个维度是否匹配衡量其合理性，为我国公立医院治理结构改革提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | We analyzed the five typical public hospital reform models in Shanghai,Wuxi,Weifang,Dongyang and Wuhou.The degree of autonomy in the five models was judged.Five dimensions were assessed including decision-making,residual claim,market risk,responsibility and social function. |
