额极静脉损伤所致术后迟发性额部血肿的原因分析

目的探讨急性外伤性颅内血肿清除术时,如何及时发现额极静脉损伤以预防其术后迟发性血肿的发生。方法对脑挫伤所致脑内血肿清除术及单纯硬膜下血肿清除加去骨瓣减压术后并发前额区迟发性血肿的5例病例进行回顾性临床分析。结果5例均再次手术清除血肿,术中证实术后迟发性血肿的原因为额极静脉损伤。其中恢复良好4例,重残1例。结论在额颞部脑挫伤所致硬膜下或脑内血肿清除时应注意探查或预防额极静脉损伤。

Conclusion Should pay attention to the investigation and the prevention for frontopolar vein damage when the acute traumatic intracranial hematoma and contuse of brain in forehead or/and temporal volume be eliminated by operation.
