垂体腺瘤的MRI诊断

摘    要:目的:分析垂体腺瘤的MRI影像学特点。方法:对所有患者行自旋回波(SE)序列横轴、矢状及冠状面的T_1加权及T_2加权像,对怀疑微腺瘤者再行Gd-DTPA增强扫描。结果:垂体大腺瘤26例,微腺瘤6例,MRI诊断与病理诊断符合率96%,85%(27/32)的大腺瘤在T_1 WI上为中、低信号,80%(26/32)在T_2WI呈高信号。微腺瘤信号变化及形态学改变均不明显,但行Gd-DTPA增强扫描后均可确诊。结论:MRI检查定位准确,诊断正确率高,是检查诊断垂体瘤的理想工具。

Abstract:Objective To study MR features of the invasive pituitary.Methods All patients underwent magnetic resonance examinations assign spin echo (SE)T_1 WI and T_2 WI in transsexual capital and coronal planes.Additionally the contrast en- hancement of Gd-DTPA in those suspected, microadenona was studied on T, MR images.Results Among 32 cases, 26 were wacro-adenowa, and the other 6 were micro-adenowa.The correspondence between MR and clinical diagnosis was 96%, 85%of macro-adenomas showed moderately hypointensity on T_1 WI and 80%showed hyper intensity on T_2WI.The signal and ap- pearance charges in micro adenoma were not noticeable, but after the enhancement scanning the diagnoses could be all estab- lished.Conclusion MRI has a high accurate of localization and diagnosis on pituitary tumor, it is and ideal diagnosis method of pituitary tumor.
