| 摘 要： | 通过对65例冠心病患者的血液流变学指标检测,探讨冠心病中医证型与血液流变学改变的相关性。65例冠心病患者均表现有血液呈明显黏、凝、聚状态,与正常组有显著差异;其中心血瘀阻组与痰阻心脉组最重,阴寒凝滞组次之,气滞心胸组较轻。提示冠心病的发病机理不仅仅在于“血瘀”,更重要在于“痰瘀互结”。

| Abstract: | To investigate the dependaldity between the Pattern of Syndrome in TCM and hemorrheology in CHD, by the way of checking the index of the hemorrheology in 65 patients. Blood Stasis of the patients appeared to be glutinous, to coagulate, to cohere and to sather, which inere significantly different in comparison with normal groups. Among the groups, Stagnation of Heat- Blood and Stagnation of Phlegm in the Vessel of Heart is most notable, Stagnation of Yin- Cold is more notable, Qi- Stagnation in Chest is slilghtly notable. It was concluded that the etiopathogensis of CHD not only lie in Blood Stasis,but more importantly, in Phlegm Accumulating with Stagnant Blood. |
