脑出血恢复期治疗方法探讨

目的：探讨脑出血恢复期药物治疗的新方法。方法：467例脑出血血肿吸收后的病人，随机分为两组，即233例为对照组行内科常规治疗加康复治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用654－2、左旋咪唑、泰必利。结果：治疗组1个月后疗效评价明显优于对照组（P＜0．01）；半年后随访日常生活能力（ADL）明显好于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论：654－2、左旋咪唑、泰必利用于脑出血恢复期治疗，疗效良好，副作用少。

Therapy for cerebral hemorrhage during convalesence

Objective To study new medicinal therapy for cerebral hemorrhage patients during convalescence.Methods After hematoma in brain has been absorbed,the patient can be treated by two methods.The first one is called medical therapy,which inculdes routine treatment and recovered treatment.The second is a new method,which is based on the first method,the patient also takes 654-2,Tiapridal,Levamisolum.In order to check the different curative effect of the two methods,467 patients were divided into two groups randomly,the control group,233 patients,were treated by the first method,the managed group,234 patients,were treated by the new method.Results After treatment for a month,the treated group improved more than the control group(P<0.01).After treatment for six months,the ability of the treated group in their daily life improved more obviously than that of the control group.Conclusion 654-2,Tiapridal,Levamisolum can be used to manage cerebral hemorrhage,the curative effect is better,and there are few side-effects.
