社区2型糖尿病慢性并发症患病状况分析

目的：研究2型糖尿病发生慢性并发症的危险因素。方法：分析向阳医院社区门诊、家床、住院2006～2008年189例2型糖尿病患者慢性并发症的患病情况及其与病程、年龄、体重指数、血糖、血脂、血压及代谢综合征的关系。结果：有慢性并发症患者的发病年龄、病程、血糖均明显高于无慢性并发症组,差异有显著性（P〈0.05,P〈0.001）,糖尿病视网膜病变组和糖尿病周围血管病变组的总胆固醇水平,较无慢性并发症组明显偏高;有DM慢性并发症组的高血压、脂代谢紊乱及代谢综合征均高于无并发症组。结论：有效控制糖尿病患者的血糖、血压、血脂和体重,是预防和延缓DM慢性并发症发生、发展的重要手段。

Community Type 2 Diabetes Complications of Chronic Risk Condition Analysis

Objective：Investigate type 2 diabetes（T2DM） complications of chronic risk factors.Method：Outpatient service,bed home,and hospitaled patients in Xiang Yang hospital during 2006-2008,totally 189 cases of T2DM and its complications of chronic illness,analyse the reference of morbidity with course of disease,age,body Mass index,blood sugar,blood fat,blood pressure and metabolic syndrome.Result：The course of disease,course of disease,blood sugar of the patients with chronic complications,obviously higer than the groups of no chronic complications,there was singnificant difference（P〈0.05,P〈0.001）.Groups of diabetic retlnopathy and diabetic peripher al vascular disease＇s total cholesterol level is higher than no chronic complications group,The group of the DM complications of chronic hypertension has all higher incidence rates of hypertension,lipid metabolism disorder＇s and metabolic syndrome than the group without complication,Conclusion：To control of the diabetic patients＇blood sugar.blood pressure,blood fat and body weight effectively,is the important way to prevent and delay the development of DM complications.
