| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨痉挛型脑瘫患儿甲襞微循环的变化。方法 :用国产XG -8多媒体多功能微循环检测仪 ,观测选择性脊神经后根切断术 (SPR)治疗脑瘫手术前后微循环的变化。结果 :手术后患儿甲襞微循环较手术前有明显改善。结论 :选择性脊神经后根切断能改善肢体的微循环。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the nailfold microcirculation changes in children with spastic cerebral palsy Methods:Obeserving the changes with XG-8 microcirculation instrument before and after selection posterior rhizotomy.Result:Data of the postoperative microcirculation were found to have obvious improvement,compared with those of preoperative microcirculation.Conclusion:selective posterior rhizotomy can improve microcirculation of limbs. |
