改良法腹腔镜手术治疗小儿腹股沟巨大疝

目的：探讨改进腹腔镜手术治疗小儿腹股沟巨大疝的效果。方法：采用拉幕状腹腔镜手术治疗7个月~11岁的小儿腹股沟巨大疝43例,28例右侧,15例左侧,其中8例为双侧,单侧疝中有3例隐性疝,术中发现对侧鞘突管未闭2例。结果：手术时间8~30 min（平均14 min）,术后2~3 d出院。所有患儿在术中和术后均未发生并发症。全部随访6个月~2年,无复发和不适感。结论：腹腔镜下拉幕状修复内环口治疗小儿腹股沟巨大疝是一种安全有效的手术方式。

Modified Laparoscopic Closure Internal Orifice of Giant Inguinal Hernia in Children

Objective：To study the results of an improved method of laparoscopic treatment of giant inguinal hernia in children.Methods：Between January 2002 and December 2007,43 children between 7 months～11 years of age were treated by laparoscopic surgery using Curtain shape repain.28 children showed a right inguinal hernia,15 a left hernia,and 8 cases presented bilateral hernias.Of the unitaleral hernias,3 were occult hernias,and 2 cases found opposite side vaginal process patency in operation.Results：Operative time was from 8~30（average 14） minutes.The length of postoperated stay was 2~3 days.There were no intra-or post-operative complications.None of the follow-up patients for 6~24 months,with recurrences and complains discomfort.Conclusions：The results indicate that laparoscopic closure using curtain shape of internal orifice of giant inguinal hernia in children is effective and satisfactory surgical method.
