| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨热休克蛋白 70 (HSP70 )在喉癌组织中的表达和临床意义。方法 :应用免疫组化 SP法 ,检测 46例喉癌组织中 HSP70的表达 ,并以 40例声带息肉组织为对照。结果 :HSP70在喉癌组织中的表达与在声带息肉中的表达差异有显著性意义 ;喉癌组织中 HSP70的表达与临床分型、分期及淋巴结转移无关 ,与喉癌病理分级和患者的预后有关。结论 :HSP70的表达可作为判断喉癌恶性程度和预后的重要指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To examine the clinical significance and expression of HSP70 in laryngeal squamous carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemical S P method was used in testing the expression of HSP70 in 46 patients of larynegeal squamous carcinoma and 40 vocal polyps as a control group.Results:The positive percentage of HSP70 in laryngeal squamous cancer was significantly higher correlated with pathological grade and prognosis but had no obvious correlations with clinical stage and metastasis of lymph node.Conclusion:Expression of HSP70 can be used as important pathological grade and prognostic predictors. |
