| 摘 要： | 对312例献血员的血清用ELISA和RT-PCR法分别检测抗-HCV和HCVRNA。结果发现ELISA法检查合格的献血员中仍有1.9％血液中带有HCV。提示在感染率较高的地区和对高度怀疑HCV感染的献血员应采用RT-PCR法进行HCVRNA检测,以达到特异性诊断目的。

| Abstract: | 312 donors' serum samples were detected for anti-HCV and HCVRNA with ELISA and RT-PCR. It was noted that there was still 1. 9 percent of subjects containing HCV with PCR who qualified with ELISA. It indicated that RT-PCR HCV RNA should be selected to detect the donors with highly suspicious HCV infection and in the area with a higher infective rate in order to get specific diagnosis. |
