摘    要:目的 观察100Hz振动对尾部悬吊大鼠比目鱼肌(SOL)梭内、外肌纤维超微结构的影响。方法 采用大鼠尾部悬吊法建立模拟失重模型。高频正弦波振动SOL。用透射电镜观察比较振动组和非振动组吊尾7d大鼠SOL梭内、外肌纤维超微结构的变化。结果 吊尾7d后大鼠SOL梭内、外肌纤维的超微结构明显改变,而在模拟失重期间给予高频正弦波振动的SOL梭内、外肌纤维超微结构变化不明显。结论 高频正弦波振动对模拟失重大鼠SOL梭内、外肌纤维超微结构的改变有明显对抗作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of 100 Hz vibration on ultrastructure of intrafusal and extrafusal fibers in soleus muscle of tail-suspended rats. Method Weightlessness was simulated by tail suspension of female rats. The ultrastructure of intrafusal and extrafusal fibers of soleus muscle were examined after exposure to 100 Hz vibration. Result The ultrastructure of intrafusal and extrafusal fibers of soleus muscles showed obvious retrograde changes after 7 d tail suspension, whereas these changes were not obvious after 7 d tail suspension plus 100 Hz vibration. Conclusion High frequency vibration can counteract the effect of simulated weightlessness on ultrastructure of intrafusal and extrafusal fibers in soleus muscles of rats.
