| 摘 要： | 标准化病人(Standardized patient,SP)是指经过一定培训的正常人或病人,充当某种疾病的模拟患者,用于辅助学生临床学习、训练及考核。应用标准化病人进行临床技能考核在国内尚未广泛开展,比较传统考试形式具有相应的优缺点,在使用方法和具体内容方面可以有进一步的改良。

| Abstract: | Standardized patient(SP) refers to a trained patient or normal person who acts as a simulated patient suffering from a certain disease for clinical study,training and assessment.In China,SP is not widely used in clinical skills assessment.The paper discusses its merits and demerits compared with the traditional examination forms,and proposes some possible improvements in the content and ways to apply it. |
