| 摘 要： | 目的观察尿道镜下自制电极电灼疣体后联合静脉滴注膦甲酸钠注射液治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法对门诊确诊为尿道内尖锐湿疣的40例患者观察围术期并发症、药物不良反应,以及3个月内尖锐湿疣的治疗有效率。结果 40例患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各20例,实验组采用尿道镜下自制电极电灼去除疣体后联合静脉滴注膦甲酸钠注射液7天,对照组采用多功能治疗仪电灼后,联合膦甲酸钠注射液治疗方案同实验组,两组每3周随访1次,共5次。实验组治疗有效率90.0%,高于对照组的60.0%,差异有统计学意义。实验组未观察到严重的围术期并发症、药物不良反应,无尿道狭窄。结论尿道镜下自制电极电灼去除疣体联合静脉滴注膦甲酸钠注射液治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣安全有效,复发率低。
