吞咽言语诊治仪配合电针治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍疗效观察

目的]观察吞咽言语诊治仪配合电针治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法]将96例随机分为治疗组(n=50)和对照组(n=46),治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上给予吞咽言语诊治仪配合电针治疗,对照组给予常规药物治疗,治疗前后以洼田饮水试验评分评定疗效。结果]治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]吞咽言语诊治仪配合电针治疗可明显改善脑卒中后吞咽功能,提高生活质量。

Clinical Observation on Diagnosis and Treatment of Swallowing Miriam Speech Combined with Electro-acupuncture Therapy Post-Stroke Dysphagia

Objective ] To observe clinical therapeutic effect of diagnosis and treatment of swallowing miriam speech combined with electro - acupuncture on dysphagla poststroke. Methods ] Ninety - six eases were randomly divided into the treatment group （n = 50 ） and the control group （rt = 46）. The patients in the treatment group were treated with coxnbination of diagnosis and treatment of swallowing miriam speech combined with electroacupuncture , and those in the control group with routine treatment. By using drinking test, the therapeutic effectiveness was assessed before and after treatment. Results ] The therapeutic effect in the diagnosis and treatment of swallowing miriam speech combined with electro - acupuncture group was better than that in the routine treatment, group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Cortchtsion ] Diagnosis and treatment of swallowing miriam speech combined with electro - acupuncture can effectively increase the therapeutic effee - tiveness of rehabilitation on dysphagia and raise the life quality.
