脑梗死患者血清ferritin、FA与VitB_（12）及血脂检测的临床意义

目的：探讨血清ferritin、FA、VitB12及血脂在脑梗死患者中的变化及意义。方法：对78例脑梗死患者和64例体检者应用化学发光法检测血清ferritin、FA与VitB12浓度,生化分析仪检测血脂水平。结果：脑梗死患者血清ferritin浓度为（2.11±0.40）ng/ml,明显高于对照组（t=2.22,P〈0.05）;FA浓度为（5.51±4.36）ng/ml,明显低于对照组（t=4.03,P〈0.001）;而VitB12浓度脑梗死组为（492.71±338.92）pg/ml,低于对照组,但无显著性差异（t=1.13,P〉0.05）,脑梗死组TG、TC、LDL水平显著高于对照组,HDL显著低于对照组。结论：监测血清ferritin、FA及血脂水平,适当补充FA,可早期预防和及时治疗脑梗死。

Clinical Significance of Determination of Changes of Serum Ferritin, FA, VitB12 Contents and Lipid Profile in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To study the significance of changes of serum ferritin（SF）,folate（FA）,VitB12 contents and lipid profile in patients with（acute）cerebral infarction.Methods Serum ferritin,FA,VitB12（with CLIA）contents and lipid profile（with biochemistry）were determined in 78 patients with cerebral infarction on 2nd day of the disease and 64 controls.Results Serum ferritin levels（2.11±0.40ng/ml）in the patients were significantly higher than those in controls（P0.05）,while the serum FA levels（5.51±4.36ng/ml）were significantly lower（P0.001）.The serum VitB12 contents（492.71±338.92pg/ml）were only insignificantly lower than those in controls（P0.05）.The TG,TC and LDL-C levels in the patients were significantly higher but the HDL-C levels were significantly lower than those in the controls.Conclusion Monitoring changes of those variables with adequate supplement of FA is clinically useful in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
