保肾康对阿霉素肾病大鼠血液动力学的影响

摘    要:目的进一步探讨保肾康的作用机理。方法 :采用阿霉素肾病大鼠的实验方法 ,观察大鼠2 4h尿蛋白定量、血浆胆固醇 (TG)、甘油三脂 (TC)、内皮素 (ET)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)、血栓素(TXB2 )、6 酮前列腺素F1a(6 Keto PGF1a)的影响。结果 :保肾康组大鼠 2 4h尿蛋白定量可明显低于模型对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,血浆胆固醇、甘油三脂显著低于模型对照组 ,血液动力学指标ET、CGRP、TXB2 、6 Keto PGF1a与模型组相比较均有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :保肾康可改善肾病模型大鼠脂质代谢 ,影响其血液动力学指标。从而显著减少模型大鼠尿蛋白的丢失

Abstract:Objective :To further investigate the mechanism of Bao Shenkang. Methods :Animal model of Adrianycin induced nephrotic syndrome in rats was replicated.We measured total quantity of proteinuria in twenty-fours and serum levels of TG,TC,ET,CGGP,TXB 2,6-Keto-PGF 1a before and after treatments. Results :The total quantity of proteituria in twenty-four hours in Bao Shenkang group was obviously lower than those of model group.Serum levels of ET,TCET were lower than those of model group( P <0.05).Serum levels of TG,TC were lower than those of model group.Serum levels of ET,CGGP,TXB 26-Keto-PGF 1a in Bao Shenkang group were significant compared with model group (P <0.05). Conclusions :Bao Shenkang group could improve disorder of lipid metobolic and regulate the indices of renal hemodynamics and reduce the total quantity of proteinuria in twenty-four hours in model rats effectively.
