26例克隆氏病的临床分析

我院从1970年以来收治26例克隆氏病,根据临床实践并参照文献提出了对克隆氏病的急、慢性分类标准;对克隆氏病的诊断及漏诊原因作了分析;对克隆氏病并发症的处理、手术适应症和手术方式提出了经验与体会。

A Clinic Analysis of 26 Cases of Crohn's Disease

Twenty-six cases of Crohn's disease were treated during 1970～1974. Of the cases, 15 were male and 11 female. The ages of the patients ranged from 7 monthes to 68 years. In this series, the main symptoms were abdominal pain, diarrhea, hematochezia, abdominal mass, anemia and wasting. The focus invaded duodenum (2 cases), jejunum (3 cases), ileum (8 cases), colon (1 case), jejuno-ileum (2 cases) and ileocolon (9 cases). The focal intestine presented congestion, edema, hyperplasia, stricture, perforation and adhesion to adjacent viscera. This disease divided into two types, a acute and chronic. After correct diagnosis was made, at first we treated it with medicament, If the patient's condition developed with intestinal obstruction or perforation, timely surgical operation was emphasized.
