| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小儿传染性单核细胞增多症实验室检查对临床治疗的指导意义。方法：对80例传染性单核细胞增多症患儿进行生化检测，并进行统计学分析。结果：71例传染性单核细胞增多症患儿生化指标异常。结论：小儿传染性单核细胞增多症易出现心肌、肝功能损害，早期联合治疗应受到重视。
