经尿道前列腺电切活检在前列腺癌诊断中的应用

目的 探讨经尿道前列腺电切活检在前列腺癌诊断中的价值.方法 对224例PSA4.0～50μg/L之间的患者随机分为两组,一组行传统的经直肠前列腺8针系统穿刺法,一组行经尿道前列腺电切活检.结果 经直肠前列腺系统穿刺法120例,阴性36例(阳性率30%).经尿道前列腺电切活检104例,阳性76例(阳性率73.1%).结论 对于PSA4.0～50μg/L的老年性患者,经尿道前列腺电切活检阳性率明显优于传统的经直肠前列腺系统穿刺的阳性率.

The Application of the Transurethral Resections of Prostate in the Diagnosis of Prostate Cancer

Objective to evaluation the clinical efficacy of the transure thrall vesections of prostate in the diagnosis of Prostate cancer. Methods Of 224 Patients with Prostate cancer (PSA4.0~50ug/L),120 underwent the traditionl rectum prostate system puncture law, and 104 under went the transurethral resection of prostate. Results Of the 120 Patients who underwent the traditional vectum prostate system puncture law ,36 was masculine gender (the mascaline gender rate was 30%); of the 104 patients who underwent the transurethral resection of prostate,76 was masculine gender (the masculine gender rate was 73.1%). Conclusions To the old patient(PSA4.0~50ug/L)the biopsy masculine geder rate from the transurethral resection of prostate is Obviously more advantageoccs than the one from the rectum prostate system puncture law.
