氨固酮和慢心律对房室传导影响的比较

摘    要:左心插管法记录麻醉家兔希氏束电图(HBE)和ECG,静脉注射(iv)氨固酮(4.0,5.6,8.0,11.2和16mg/kg)和慢心律(2.5,3.5,5.0,7.0和10.0mg/kg)都有剂量依赖的P-R,A-H和H-V时间的延长,氨固酮的作用较慢心律弱。两药延长P-R、A-H和H-V的回归系数并无显著差别(P>0.5)。氨固酮对房室传导的抑制可能系药物的直接作用。

Abstract:A depression of atrial-ventricular (A-V) conduction of Org 6001 wascompared with that of mexiletine. EigherOrg 6001 (4.0, 5.6, 8.0, 11.2 and 16mg/kg) or mexiletine (2.5, 3.5, 5.0,7.0 and 10.0 mg/kg) iv produced adose-dependent prolongation in P-R,A-H and H-V. The action of mexiletinewas more potent than that of Org 6001.No significant difference was ever notedbetween the two drugs in the regressioncoefficients of prolongation of P-R,A-H andH-V interval. Reserpinazationand vagotomy did not prevent theprolongation. These results suggest thatA-V supressive action of the two drugsis a direct one.
