摘    要:目的 探讨男性不育与生精细胞凋亡之间的关系。方法 采用末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导缺口末端标记技术(TUNEL)及免疫组化技术,检测168例男性不育患者的睾丸组织中生精细胞凋亡指数和Bcl-2及Fas的阳性表达率。结果 与正常睾丸生精细胞对比,男性不育患者生精细胞凋亡指数明显升高(P〈0.05),Fas阳性表达率差异有显著性(P〈0.01),但Bcl-2的阳性表达率差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论 男性不育与生精细胞凋亡调控基因Fas过高表达,促进生精细胞凋亡密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between male infertility and spermatogenic cell apoptosis. Methods Apoptotic index and positive expression rates of Bcl-2 and Fas of spermatogenic cell were measured respectively through TUNEL and immunohistochemistry technique in 168 male cases of infertility. Results Apoptotic index of spermatogenic cell in male infertility was higher than those in normal control (P<0.05). The positive expression rate of Fas was significantly different (P<0.01) but the positive expression of Bcl-2 was not different from those of control group (P>0.05). Conclusion There is significant correlation between male infertility and spermatogenic cell apoptosis resulted from the overexpression of Fas.
