锯齿状缝线皮下埋置面部提升术--附168例临床应用观察

目的：应用特制的锯齿状缝线置于皮下，拉紧松弛组织，以研究一种微创面部皮肤松弛提升的术式。方法：将两端具有细微的、向中央倾斜的锯齿状缝线，通过含有针芯的穿刺导引针，置于皮下，治疗面部松弛者168例，观察临床效果。结果：随防观察，根据术者和求术者的综合判断，显示效果满意，总有效率92．26％。结论：此方法治疗面部皮肤松弛具有良好效果，且操作简便、安全、省时、创伤轻、痛苦小、费用低，值得推广应用。

Facial skin lifting by burying serrated suture--Clinical observation of 168 cases

Objective To study a mico-traumkatic surgery in face lifting by using special serrated sutures which were buried under of skin face to tighten the flabby tissue. Methods To get a serrulated suture by making many tiny serrate which slant towards the center in two ends of a special suture.The serrated sutures were placed in the subcutaneous tissue via a hollow needle. One hundred and sixty-eight patients with flabby tissue face and aging skin were treated with this new method,and the clinical results were comprehensive evaluated by both doctor and patient. Results After follow-up,the plstoperative results were satisfactory according to the refereed by doctors and patients. Conclusion This new method for the treatment of flabby tissue in face gets a satisfactory results. The effective rate was 92.26% percent. It is suggested that face lifting by serrated suture is worth to be used widdly because of its advantages of easy technique, safety, convenience, microtrauma, free agony and lower expense.
