低浓度CS2接触对人血清铜、锌含量的影响

摘    要:以某化纤厂纺丝车间工龄在10年以上、年龄在45岁以下的76名CS2作业工人作为接触组,同一工厂棉浆车间内选择相同年龄和工龄范围、曾经接触过CS2但现在已停止CS2接触5年以上的33名工人作为干预组,从未接触过CS2的23名工人作为对照组,进行流行病学横断面调查以了解CS2对工人血清铜、锌的影响。结果显示:接触组SCu和SZn含量均低于对照组(P=0.0001);用多元逐步回归分析控制了一些混杂因素后进一步显示,SCu和SZn含量均与CS2接触有一定的关系(偏相关系数分别为-02374和-02536),且CS2对SCu和CSn含量均起负贡献(偏回归系数β分别为-10.4173和-8.4175)。提示低浓度CS2接触可能是SCu和SZn含量降低的独立危险因素;干预组SCu和CZn含量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。提示低浓度CS2接触引起SCn和Ssn含量的改变可能是不可逆的。

Abstract:To explore the effects of CS, on SCu and SZn of viscose rayon workers,76 workers in filature workshop, machining workshop and short spin workshop in a viscose rayon factory with age below 4- year - old and length of service beyond 10 years were selected as exposure group; 33 workers in cotton plasm workshop in the same factory with the same scope of age and length of service, who were once exposed to CS2 but now have been kept away from CS2 for more than 5 years, as intervention group; and 23 workers who had never been exposed to CS2 as control one. The results showed that SCu and SZn of exposure group are all lower than control one (P = 0. 0001 ). After several confounding factors are controlled with multivariable stepwise regression, we discovered that there exist relations between the exposure to CS2 and SCu or SZn (partial correlation coefficients are separately- 0. 2374and-0. 2536), and that the exposure to CS2 causes negative contributions on SCuand SZn (partial regression coefficients are separately - 10. 4173 and - 8. 4175 ),which suggests that the exposure to lower concentrations of CS2 are possibly independent dangerous factor making SCu and SZn decrease. We also discovered that SCu and SZn of intervenion group are all lower than those of control one (P< 0.05), which suggests that the changes of SCu and SZn caused by the exposure to lower concentrations of CS2 are possibly irreversible.
