浅析肺炎支原体感染与儿童哮喘的关系

目的 分析肺炎支原体(Mycoplasma pneumoniae, MP)感染与儿童哮喘发生的可能关系。 方法 应用颗粒凝集法检测72例我院收治的儿童近期哮喘患者血清中MP抗体滴度,同时作全血嗜酸性粒细胞计数,以健康儿童体检者作为阳性对照。 结果 儿童近期哮喘患者MP抗体滴度显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),且与嗜酸性粒细胞计数呈正相关(r=0.607,P<0.05),有统计学意义。抗体滴度阳性率、MP感染率均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论 MP感染与儿童哮喘的发病密切相关。

Research ofthe relationship between mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and asthma

Objective To analyse the relationship between mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) infection andchildren asthma. Methods the surum specific antibodies were determined by means of particleagglutination test, and the eosinophilic granulocytes were serologically analyzed in 72 childrenwith recent asthma. Results The specific antibody titers to MP showed significantly different inchildren with recent asthma compared with those in the healthy children volunteers (P<0.05), andcorrelated with the count of eosinophilic granulocytes positively(r=0.607, P<0.05). The positiverates of specific antibody, infection with MP were significantly higher than those in the controlgroup(p<0.05).Conclusion MP infection is closely associated with the pathogenesis of childrenasthma .
